Terms & Conditions

General

All orders accepted by Picture Book Fashion are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.

All descriptions and illustrations contained on this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.

Returns

We aim to process all returns in 7-10 working days from the item(s) arriving in our warehouse. During peak times this may be extended up to 28 days. As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive an email confirmation to the email you used to order with us. Items that are not defective or faulty must be returned within 28 days from the date of receipt for either a repair or refund. All items that are returned must be unworn and in their original condition, including any packaging and swing tags (still firmly attached). In the case of garments such as swimwear, these will only be accepted if the protective film is still in place.

Refunds

If you have requested a refund, we will check your returned items and confirm they are in a re-saleable condition before processing your refund. Your refund will usually be processed within 7-10 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. We do not refund duties and/or taxes if applicable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, there may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you have still not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@a-dee.com

Faulty goods

Defective goods can be returned within 28 days of purchase for a refund or replacement (dependent on stock levels and nature of the fault). After 28 days of purchase please contact customerservice@a-dee.com

Returns of gifts

If you are returning a gift, please remember to include the original order number, or name of the person who placed the order, with your return. Refunds for gifted items can only be made to the original payment account.

All images, photographs, graphics, and other visual content displayed on this website are the property of Picture Book Fashion Ltd and are protected by UK and international copyright laws.

Unless expressly permitted by law, no part of this website’s visual content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise used for any purpose without the prior written consent of Picture Book Fashion Ltd.
