Refund policy

Returning Your Order (UK only)

  1. Repack Items: Ensure items are unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging, unless the item is faulty.
  2. Access Returns Portal: Log into our returns portal HERE using your order number (found in your email order confirmation) and the email address used to place the order.
  3. Select Return Location: Choose your DPD return location and drop off your parcel, showing the QR code provided during the online return process.
  4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving your return in our warehouse, minus a £3.99 return fee. 

Returning Your Order (GCC only)

  1. Repack Items: Ensure items are unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging, unless the item is faulty.
  2. Contact Us: Contact customer customerservice@a-dee.com with your order number and items you wish to return, to receive returns label.
  3. Return Your Parcel: Attach the provided label to your parcel and drop at your local Aramex depot.
  4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving your return in our warehouse, minus a £20 return fee. 

Returns Policy

  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags and in original packaging.
  • Swimwear: Can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.
  • Shoes: Must be tried on indoors and show no signs of wear. We cannot accept shoes that have been worn outside.
  • Return Fee: A return fee of £3.99 (£20 for GCC) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
